How To Order Customisable Case (No extra charge)
To order without customisation :
- Select phone model, colour, and quantity.
- Click 'Add to cart' button.
- Click 'Check out' button then proceed with check out / or click 'Continue Shopping' to add more item to cart before checkout.
To order with customisation (print your name on the case) :
- Select phone model, colour, and quantity.
- Click 'Personalise it with name (No extra charge)'.
- Select print position, text colour, and enter text to be printed on case (preview will be updated according to the selection you made).
- Click 'Add to cart' once you are happy with the personalised design.
- Click 'Check out' button then proceed with check out / or click 'Continue Shopping' to add more item to cart before checkout.
Shipping FAQ
Shipping fee
Within Malaysia:
- For order below RM120 shipping fee will be RM6.9 to peninsular Malaysia or RM13.9 to Sabah/Sarawak.
- We offer free shipping throughout Malaysia for order above RM120.
Singapore :
- Shipping fee is based on weight.
- RM23 (approximately SGD 6.65) for item below 0.5kg (most product on our store are under this weight range including all phone cases).
- We offer free shipping to Singapore for order above RM150 (approximately SDG 45)
- Shipping fee will be auto calculated and displayed during checkout.
Outside Malaysia / Singapore :
- Shipping fee is based on country and weight.
- RM45 (approximately USD 9.45) for item below 0.5kg (most product on our store are under this weight range including all phone cases).
- Shipping fee will be auto calculated and displayed during checkout.
Shipping duration
- All orders will be dispatched out from our warehouse within 1 working day.
- After dispatched out, it will take 2 to 5 working days to reach peninsular Malaysia or 4 to 7 working days to Sabah/Sarawak/Singapore.
- For countries outside Malaysia & Singapore, shipping duration range from 5 to 10 working days depending on your location.
- Please expect delay in delivery during festive season like Hari Raya Puasa / Chinese New Year / Christmas.
Tracking
- Tracking will be sent to you via e-mail after order is dispatched out (usually one working day after order is placed).
