Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order (based on tracking number delivery date), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom made products (customized on your request when you ordered) are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Stationery products that have been opened or used are not eligible for exchange or refund.
For standard products:
We will replace/refund an item or order when
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The product is different item from what was ordered
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please email us at support@happinessidea.my within 7 days of receiving your item and we'll assist you from there. Please provide a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item (subject to stock availability and approval), please email us at support@happinessidea.my within 7 days of receiving your item. Item should be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your item in its original packaging with all the accessories and instructions in order to be eligible for exchange. Garment may only be returned for exchanged in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached if there's any
Apparel Size Exchange (if applicable)
Request for apparel size exchange need to be made within 7 days of receiving your item (subject to stock availability and approval). Send us an email at support@happinessidea.my. Item should be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your item. Garment may only be returned for exchanged in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached if there's any. Once we received and verified the returned item is in good condition, we will deliver the replacement in the size you requested.
Dissatisfaction
We will refund an item or order if you are not completely satisfied with it provided it is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your item in its original packaging with all the accessories and instructions. Garment may only be returned for refund in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached if there's any
Please email us at support@happinessidea.my for the return arrangement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's approved, your refund will be processed and issued to you in your original payment method.
Shipping Cost
To return your product, you need to mail your product to our warehouse address. We cover the return shipping cost if the reason is due to our error (damaged / incorrect item / etc ). We do not cover shipping cost for exchange / dissatisfaction/ reason that's not due to our error.
