SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Shipping - we ship using NinjaVan / DHL e-commerce / J&T Express

Cash on Delivery (COD) - we ship using NinjaVan for COD orders

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs range from RM6-RM15 depending on the shipping method you have chosen, it will be calculated during checkout, before the purchase is completed.  For non-COD order, we offer free shipping for orders above RM100 to West Malaysia or above RM150 to East Malaysia. No shipping charges apply to self collect at our warehouse based in Penang, appointment required.

DELIVERY TIMING

All orders will be dispatched out from warehouse within 1 working days (Please check our business hour). It usually takes 2 to 5 working days to arrived depending on the shipping method you have chosen. Please expect delay in delivery during festive season like Hari Raya Puasa or Chinese New Year.

For COD order, the delivery time will be anytime from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The delivery time depends on the courier service arrangement, all orders cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.

Shipping costs are dependent on weight, and vary depending on destination. To calculate your shipping costs, first mark the goods you would like to order in the shopping cart and click "Checkout”. Shipping charges will be calculated before you complete your purchase. Note: 

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. 

DELIVERY TIMING

All orders will be dispatched out from warehouse within 1-2 working days. Delivery timings usually takes 7-20 working days and vary depending on shipping destination.It is also subject to customs inspection and clearance process in the destination country. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
