Shipping FAQ

Shipping fee

Within Malaysia:

• For order below RM120 shipping fee will be RM6.5 to peninsular Malaysia or RM13.9 to Sabah/Sarawak.
• We offer free shipping throughout Malaysia for order above RM120.

Singapore :

• Shipping fee is based on weight.
• RM25 (approximately SGD 7.9) for item below 0.5kg (most product on our store are under this weight range including all phone cases).
• Shipping fee will be auto calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping duration

• All orders will be dispatched out from our warehouse within 1 working day.
• After dispatched out, it will take 2 to 5 working days to reach peninsular Malaysia or 5 to 10 working days to Sabah/Sarawak/Singapore. 
• Please expect delay in delivery during festive season like Hari Raya Puasa / Chinese New Year / Christmas.

 Tracking

• Tracking will be sent to you via e-mail after order is dispatched out (usually one working day after order is placed).
• If you couldn't find the tracking email, feel free to contact our customer support via Whatsapp by clicking on the green Whatapp button at the bottom of our website.
