Best Practice for first time use:

When first receive the power bank, it is best to use it in a full cycle manner (a full cycle is to use up all the power in the power bank until 0%, then charge it all the way to 100% before start using it again). After 5 full cycle of usage, the power bank can be used as normal (charge whenever needed without following the full cycle practice).
